Press Release Submission

Free Press Release Submissions to Google News!

IndieProPub.com is an official Google News Source.  That means that when you submit a press release to us, it is immediately added to Google News and the thousands of sites that aggregate the Google News feeds.

There are other sites that charge up to $200 for a single submission to Google News.  Now, for a limited time, this service is free at IndieProPub.com!

It is easy to add your press release.  You just need to fill out the form below. One of our editors will review your submission as well as every other press release, so it may take a few hours or up to a day for your press release to be included into Google News.

By submitting your press release you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions.

I want to remind you about the rules, and unlike most of these offers, you will be required to follow them. Google News is constantly monitored by real people, not a computer. If it isn’t news, it won’t be indexed. If it isn’t unique it probably won’t be indexed. Therefore, the rules are for you and me to make sure that you get the results you desire. Here is a recap:

  • Articles must not appear on any website or blog.
  • Articles must be completely unique, written in English with correct spelling and grammar.
  • Articles must be newsworthy or contain information that is of value to readers.
  • Links must not use a 302 redirect.
  • No HTML, but if you want a picture please include a link to it, we will do our best to add it.
  • We will not publish or deal with warez, porn, MLM, Work at Home, MMO, drugs/pills or illegal sites.
  • We reserve the right to edit any article for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to refuse publication of any article for any reason.
  • Only 1 link is allowed at the end of the article, unless you are  referencing a legit press mention (i.e. not another blog that you own)

I can’t stress enough that you MUST follow these guidelines or your press release will be rejected.

Optional Services

If you want to have a press release or featured news article written, that is an additional service. Please contact us to get a quote. This is a service that is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there are limited slots that the journalists have since they work on other news at the same time.

Disclaimer

There is a very remote chance that even if you follow the rules Google News won’t index your article in 24 hours. I honestly have never seen that happen, but there is a chance. Usually articles that aren’t indexed are either direct copies or substantially the same as another article already indexed. Using a software “spinner” won’t cut it, and Google News will not index your article, and it probably won’t be accepted by us either. I use copyscape and if the article is more than 20% duplicated, it will be rejected.
